Shawn Johal is a Scaling Up Certified Coach currently working with several entrepreneurs and their businesses to help accelerate their growth, while finding personal balance and happiness. He is co-founder of DALS Lighting Inc., an LED lighting company that implemented the Scaling Up Growth System in 2013 and more than tripled its revenues.

Shawn is an active member and former president of “EO Montreal”, the Entrepreneurs Organization, whose mission is to create the most influential community of entrepreneurs globally. He actively participates in mentoring programs, helping young entrepreneurs improve as both business leaders and individuals.
